Ross Ahmadzai
Ross is an Immigration Solicitor specialising in corporate, individual and business migration in addition to general global mobility matters, including audit and compliance associated with sponsoring foreign nationals.
Ross is the Principal Solicitor at Crystal Migration. Having worked in several law firms including Fragomen, and the big Four (KPMG), Ross has a wealth of experience in all areas associated with Australian immigration law, with over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Ross has over three years of experience in delivering continued professional development courses to Registered Migration Agents as well as Immigration Lawyers and takes practical approach when it comes to the complex area that is the Migration Law.
Yin Chiew
Yin is a Practice Leader at LegalVision and specialises in Corporate Immigration. She advises start-ups, SMEs and multi-national corporations across various industry sectors, including resources, construction, technology, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality and life sciences. Her expertise is in employer-sponsored work visas, labour agreements, global talent employer-sponsored scheme, training visas, business innovation and investor visas and global talent visas. She is also experienced in tribunal appeals in relation to refused and cancelled visas. Further, Yin assists private clients with partner and family migration.
